Observations and QR posters
Capture hazards, near misses, and good catches, including anonymous reports from a project QR code.
Observations let anyone flag a hazard, a near miss, a good catch, or an idea to make the work safer. The easier you make reporting, the more you hear, which is the whole point.
- 1Log an observation
Use New Observation, choose the type and hazard class, set severity, describe what you saw, and add a photo and any action taken.
- 2Print a project QR poster
Each project has its own observation QR code and poster. Post it on site so crews can report in seconds.
- 3Allow anonymous reports
Scanning the poster opens a short form that needs no login. People can stay anonymous, which lifts reporting rates on sensitive issues.
No app to install and no account required means a passerby can report a frayed cable before it becomes an incident.
When you log an observation from inside the app with no connection, it is saved on your device and uploads automatically once you are back online. Built for crews on remote sites.
Tip. Need a summary to share? The Reports page generates an observation report PDF for any period, with totals by type and severity and the full detail of every observation.
