Safety Analytics dashboard
A dashboard you arrange yourself, with AI insights that read whatever is on it.
Safety Analytics is the picture of how your program is actually performing. It gathers everything the app knows about your incidents, observations, inspections, corrective actions, training and subcontractors, and lets you arrange it to suit the questions you need answered.
Arrange it your way
Tap Customize to change the dashboard. Drag any tile by its handle to move it, exactly as you reorder events in an investigation timeline. Tiles can be resized between a narrow tile and a full width panel, and any metric can be switched off if it is not useful to you.
Your arrangement is saved to you, not to your organization. A safety manager, a project manager and an owner open this page to answer different questions, so nobody has to agree on a single layout.
Tip. Every tile carries the question it answers rather than only a title, so you can tell at a glance whether it is worth your attention.
What you can track
- Headline numbers: investigations, observations, observations per incident, and average time to close.
- Incidents and observations over time, month by month, with each point clickable through to the incidents behind it, plus a three year comparison.
- Causes and severity: leading causes, incident types, severity and risk rating.
- Defences: which protections failed, which layer of protection is weakest, and the patterns across them.
- Corrective actions: how many are closed, how many closed on time, and where they sit on the hierarchy of controls.
- Observations: by type, unsafe acts against unsafe conditions, and how many reported hazards are actually closed out.
- Inspections and forms: total completions, which forms are used and which are ignored, and who is carrying the reporting.
- Compliance: training compliance, certificates at risk, crew readiness, subcontractor compliance and short service workers.
Every tile is a doorway
Each module links through to the part of the app that can act on it. Certificates at risk lists the people who need chasing and what is wrong for each, and clicking a name opens that person's training record. A number nobody can act on is decoration, so the dashboard always gives you somewhere to go.
AI Insights
The AI Insights panel at the top reads the metrics you currently have on screen and tells you what stands out, what to watch, and what to do next, quoting the figures behind each point. It only ever looks at the tiles you have chosen, so an insight can never refer to a chart you have hidden.
It runs when you ask it to rather than on every page load. Read it as a prompt for your own judgement, not a substitute for it.
It now lives on the dashboard, where it reads whatever you have chosen to look at instead of a fixed set of questions. The old address still works and brings you here.
Reporting window
Switch between 30 days, 90 days, 12 months and all time. The Safety review button downloads a PDF covering exactly the window on screen, so the report and the dashboard can never disagree about the period they describe.
