Form QR codes and guest submissions
Print a poster so anyone can scan and complete an inspection, even subcontractors.
Every form has its own QR code and printable poster. Post it on site and crews can complete the inspection from their phone, whether or not they have an account.
- 1Open the form’s QR page
On the Inspections & Forms list, use the QR button on the form. You can view the code, copy the link, print the page, or download a branded poster.
- 2Post the poster on site
Anyone who scans it opens the form. Signed in people submit on their account.
- 3Let guests submit
People who are not signed in can either log in or continue as a guest by entering their name, with an optional company field. This lets subcontractors who are not in your system still complete your inspections.
A guest submission records the name and company entered, so you always know who filed it even without an account.
Tip. Tag the form to a project before printing so guest submissions file to the right job automatically.
