Questions about pricing
Is the whole platform included on every plan?+
Yes. Every plan includes all sixteen modules — investigations with AI root cause, inspections and forms, permits to work, documents and policies, hazards, training and mentorship, crew scheduling, equipment, daily reports, corrective actions, observations, the SDS library, digital sign-off, subcontractor management, offline mode, and COR/SECOR readiness. The plan only sets how many workers you cover.
Is Fleet an extra cost?+
No. Fleet and trucking compliance — NSC audit readiness, CVOR, hours of service, IFTA distance and vehicle maintenance — is included on every plan. An owner switches it on if the company runs commercial vehicles and leaves it off if it does not. It never changes the price.
Do subcontractors count toward my worker limit?+
No. Subcontractors are unlimited on every plan and never pay. Each subcontractor gets a free portal to manage their own trades, workers and training against your projects, and none of their people count against your limit.
What counts as a worker?+
An active user on your account. Deactivated users do not count, so somebody who leaves stops counting as soon as you deactivate them.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?+
Yes, annual plans are 10 percent off. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the billing page, and we prorate the difference rather than charging you twice.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. The 14-day free trial gives you the whole platform with no card and no sales call. If you decide not to continue, nothing happens and you are not charged.
What if we have more than 150 workers?+
That is the Enterprise band. Tell us your worker count and we will prepare pricing for your operation, including custom terms if you need them. Enterprise accounts can also request a higher user limit later from inside the app, and we prepare updated pricing for you to accept.
