How does the SDS search work?
You describe the product and the AI search looks for the matching Safety Data Sheet by manufacturer and revision, then files the PDF into your library. You review what it found before it is filed — nothing is added without a person confirming it.
Will this help our WCB experience rating?
Indirectly, and honestly: no software changes a rating on its own. What it changes is the record. Genuine root cause analysis, corrective actions that are verified, and effectiveness reviews that confirm a control held are the evidence of a program that responded — which is what the rating is built from.
Does the AI write our investigation for us?
It assists, and a person signs. The analysis flags bias, shallow causes and corrective actions that would not prevent a recurrence, and every result is yours to review, edit or reject. Nothing is final until somebody verifies it.
