Today's Paperwork
See every form your crews submitted today, with the last 7 days, even offline.
Today's Paperwork is a single tab that shows the records logged across your crews, organized by day. It pulls together forms and inspections, toolbox talks, observations, and incident reports, so the whole day's field record is in one place. It is the fastest way to confirm the field work actually got documented, and it is exactly the evidence a COR audit asks for.
- Open it to today by default. Tap any of the last eight days along the top to jump to that day. Each day shows a count so you can spot a quiet day at a glance.
- Use the type filter to narrow to Forms, Toolbox, Observations, or Incidents. Every entry is tagged by type and links straight to its full record.
- Managers and oversight see the whole crew, with a project filter and a search box for a record or a person. Workers see what they logged themselves.
- Failed inspection items and higher-severity entries are flagged so problems stand out.
Open it once while connected and the view is saved to your device. On site with no signal you can still pull up a crew’s paperwork for the day. New submissions appear here automatically once they sync.
Tip. Use it as a quick end-of-day check, or pull it up in front of a client to show the day’s compliance on the spot.
