Filling in a form and reviewing submissions
How crews complete forms and how supervisors review what comes in.
Completing a form takes a minute. Pick the form, choose the project, answer the fields, and submit. Photos, signatures, and location are captured inline.
- 1Submit a form
Use New Form Submission, then choose the saved form you want to complete.
- 2Select the project
A project is required so the submission files correctly. Location is captured automatically when allowed.
- 3Answer and capture
Fill the fields, snap photos, and collect signatures right on the device. Pass or fail items roll up into a score.
- 4Submit
The submission lands in the Submissions inbox where it can be searched, filtered, reviewed, and exported to PDF with your logo.
Made a mistake? Submissions can be reopened and corrected, unlike tools that lock a record the moment it is sent.
Tip. Use the Submissions filters to slice by project, form type, submitter, or date range when preparing for an audit.
