Checking crew readiness for a project
See at a glance who is cleared to work on each project today.
Crew Readiness answers a simple question before you mobilize a crew: is everyone assigned to this project cleared to work on it today? It is a second view of your training data, found beside the Matrix under Training.
For each project it lists the assigned crew and checks every person against the courses that gate that project, which is the union of their role requirements and the project’s own required courses.
- Ready: every required course is valid.
- Expiring soon: nothing missing, but at least one course expires within thirty days.
- Not ready: a required course is missing or expired. The gating courses are listed so you know exactly what to fix.
A dot beside each gating course shows where the requirement comes from: red for the person’s role and purple for the project. A split dot means both.
When anyone assigned to a project is not ready, a Crew readiness tile appears in Needs your attention for owners, admins, managers, and supervisors, linking straight to the list.
