Custom reports, part two: the six new reports and the scheduler
Reports now actually send on their schedule, and six new report types are available: form completion, short service workers, equipment, training, subcontractors and COR readiness.
Added- Inspections & Form Completion. Choose which forms to track and see how many each person completed in the period. Everyone active is listed, including the people who completed none, because that is usually the point of running it.
- Short Service Worker. Current short service workers, their assigned mentor, the project, and how long is left. Anyone without a mentor assigned is flagged first, since mentorship is the control that makes short service status safe.
- Equipment & Assets. Open issues, service falling due in the next 30 days, and anything already past its interval.
- Training & Certifications. Expired tickets, everything renewing in the next 30 days, and certificates required by someone's position with nothing on file at all. That last group never appears on an expiry list, because there is nothing there to expire.
- Subcontractor Compliance. Compliance by subcontractor, document counts, expired documents and what expires in the next 30 days.
- COR & SECOR Readiness. The current score against the 80 percent pass mark, what is outstanding, and recommended next steps based on where the gaps are.
- Reports now send on their schedule. The scheduler runs hourly and sends each report when its next run comes due, in your organization's timezone.
- A Send now button on every report. It uses exactly the same path as the scheduler, so what you check by hand is what your recipients receive, and it does not disturb the next scheduled send.
- Archived report PDFs can be opened from the Recently sent list.
Changed- All six new reports share one layout, so a training report and a subcontractor report read like they came from the same product.
- A report that fails to generate is recorded as a failed run rather than disappearing quietly, and its schedule still advances so one bad run cannot become a stream of duplicate emails.
