What is new in TruStar Connect, newest first.

v2.506August 31, 2026

Opening an inspection or form works again

Fixed
  • Opening a completed inspection, form or permit showed an error page instead of the record. This affected every way of getting there — from Equipment, from Forms, and from Permits — and has been fixed.
v2.505August 31, 2026

The Method page is built for a big screen

Fixed
  • The Method page still read like a phone screen on a desktop: tiny text, cramped spacing and one flat background. It now uses the same layout as the rest of the site, with the five Stars and the six principles laid out in columns that fill the screen.
  • It also picks up the standard header and footer, so it matches every other page.
Changed
  • The buttons on the Method page now start a free trial or book a demo, instead of sending you to the redeem-a-code page.
v2.504August 30, 2026

The cost comparison is worked at 150 workers

Changed
  • The worked cost example on the comparison and landing pages now uses a 150-worker operation instead of 100. The Pro plan is the same price at either size, so 150 shows the real gap against software that charges for every seat.
  • Competitor figures on those pages were recalculated at 150 users from the same published rates and third-party estimates as before.
v2.503August 30, 2026

Menu links land where they say they do

Fixed
  • Clicking a menu link part-way down a page still left you part-way down the next page. The navigation now puts the page at the top itself instead of leaving it to the browser.
  • Each item in the Platform menu now scrolls to that item on the platform page. They all went to the same spot before, which made most of them pointless.
v2.502August 30, 2026

Menu links take you to the top of the page you picked

Fixed
  • Clicking a menu item while part-way down a page dropped you into the middle of the home page instead of at the top of the page you picked. Every menu link now lands at the top of its own page.
  • The trial and pricing links that scroll to a section on the page you are already on no longer tuck the heading behind the menu bar.
Added
  • A Platform page listing all sixteen modules in one place. Every item in the Platform menu now opens it, instead of jumping into the middle of the home page.
v2.501August 30, 2026

Every pricing table on the site is the same table

Fixed
  • The plan cards on the industry, comparison and fleet pages were left-aligned with no yearly price, while the pricing page and the home page were centred. There were three separate copies of the same card in the code, so fixing one left the others behind. There is one now, and every page shows the same thing.
  • The industry, comparison and fleet pages now show the yearly price alongside the monthly one, the way the pricing page always has.
v2.500August 29, 2026

The plan cards line up

Fixed
  • On the pricing page the plan name, the worker band and the description were centred but the price itself sat off to the left, which looked broken on a phone. Everything on the card lines up now, and the cards look the same on the pricing page and the home page.
v2.499August 29, 2026

The menu opens smoothly on a phone

Fixed
  • Opening the menu on a phone stuttered on the home page while it was smooth everywhere else. The animation was making the browser re-measure the whole page on every frame, and the home page is about six times longer than any other, so it felt the cost the most. It now animates without touching the page layout at all.
  • Scrolling the home page on a phone was doing far more work than it needed to for the floating screenshots, which made everything happening at the same time feel heavier.
v2.498August 29, 2026

The redeem-a-code page joins the rest of the site

Fixed
  • The page where you enter a trial code had no menu and no footer, so somebody arriving with a code could not get anywhere else on the site without going back. It now carries the same header and footer as every other page.
v2.497August 29, 2026

The Method page on a real screen, and screenshots that float

Desktop layouts, the showcase treatment on every landing page, and a clearer description of what a demo covers.

Fixed
  • The TruStar Method page was built as a phone-width column and stayed that way on a desktop monitor. It now lays out properly at every size — the five Stars and the six principles sit side by side instead of stacking down the middle.
  • Product screenshots on the industry and comparison pages sat flat on the page. They now float as you scroll, with the drop shadow and the faded TruStar star behind them, the same as the home page.
Changed
  • The demo page says what the half hour actually covers: every key feature, with real investigations, inspections and workflows from operations like yours, built around your industry.
v2.496August 29, 2026

A new menu across the whole public site

Everything the site holds is now one hover away, including the pages that only ever appeared in the footer.

Added
  • The public site has a new navigation menu. Platform lists all sixteen modules in three groups, Solutions leads with your industry, Why TruStar holds the method and all twelve comparisons, and Resources carries the Knowledge Base, release notes and the rest — all of which used to be reachable only from the footer.
  • Pricing has its own page at last. It was a section on the home page, which meant it could not be linked to or shared, and clicking it from a comparison page threw you back to the top of the site.
  • You can book a 30-minute demo from a new page. Tell us your trade, your province and your crew size and we will reply with times — no slide deck, and an honest answer about whether it fits.
  • Seven new industry pages: oil and gas, industrial construction, commercial construction, civil and heavy construction, electrical and mechanical, utilities and powerline, and manufacturing and fabrication.
  • On a phone, Log in and Start free trial now both sit in the bar at every screen size, and the menu opens as a full drawer.
Fixed
  • Fleet was described in places as an add-on. It is included on every plan and always has been — an owner switches it on if the company runs commercial vehicles and leaves it off if it does not, and it never changes the price.
  • Images on the landing pages reserved no space before they loaded, so those pages jumped under your thumb as you read them.
  • The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy were missing from the sitemap, so search engines were never told they existed.
v2.495August 27, 2026

The app is fully translated into French

Every screen, and a Knowledge Base article that says the rules instead of listing the sections.

Changed
  • French is finished. Every screen in the app now reads in French — the whole app, not a section of it.
  • The Knowledge Base article about language used to list every section as it was translated, which had grown to a page of names. It now explains the handful of rules that decide which language something appears in, which is what you actually need once the answer is “everything”.
  • The rules are unchanged and all still written down: whose language an email is in, why a signed record keeps the language it was signed in, why regulatory wording is quoted rather than translated, and why a spreadsheet is written once in the language it was exported in.
Added
  • The article now says plainly that the ready-made inspection forms are still added in English, because a French set has not been written yet. The starter toolbox talks do have one.
v2.494August 27, 2026

Billing reads in your language, and so does the renewal date

The last section of the app itself, plus the offline banner and the read-only notice.

Added
  • The Billing page reads in your language throughout — the four plans and what each one is for, the monthly and yearly switch, your seat count, the Enterprise panel and the form for requesting more users, and the note about tax and proration you read before accepting a charge.
  • The banner that appears when your connection drops reads in your language, including how many captures are waiting on your device to upload.
Fixed
  • The date your subscription renews was written in English whatever language you read the app in — on the one screen where a date is a commitment. It now follows your language.
  • Counts on the billing page were built by adding a letter to an English word, so a trial with one day left read “1 days”. They are written properly now in both languages.
  • The notice telling a viewer their access is read-only existed as two separate copies of the same sentence, one for the screen and one for the server. There is now one, and it reads in your language in both places.
v2.493August 27, 2026

When something is refused, it says so in your language

Four hundred messages that only ever appeared in English — the ones you see at the moment you are already stuck.

Fixed
  • When the app refuses something — a permission you do not have, a field left empty, a save that failed — the message now reads in your language. These only ever appeared in English, no matter what language the screen around them was in.
  • Every section is covered: documents, permits from the request through to close-out, driver files and the whole Fleet module, the training program, organization settings, your clients, sites and projects, equipment, forms, investigations, toolbox talks, billing, reports and invitations.
  • Six different English messages were used for “you are not signed in” and “your account has no organization”. There is now one of each, and both read in your language.
v2.492August 27, 2026

Requesting a permit reads in your language

The whole permit request flow — every category, section, question, hint and answer option.

Added
  • Requesting a work permit now reads in your language from end to end: the fifteen hazard categories and the line explaining each, every section they open, and every question, hint and answer option inside them.
  • The permit a signatory reads before signing, and the panel an issuer uses to correct a field before approving, read in your language too.
Fixed
  • The category picker showed the fifteen hazard categories in English even though the app already knew all fifteen names in French.
  • A confined space classification is shown in your language on the picker and on the permit, so the two can never disagree. The definitions behind it stay in the language the legislation was published in.
  • Three permit fields asked for a “Number(s)” rather than saying whether one or several were expected.
v2.491August 27, 2026

Twelve starter toolbox talks in French

Written for a French crew rather than translated, and chosen when you add them to your library.

Added
  • The starter toolbox talk library now comes in French as well as English — twelve talks written for a francophone crew, not translated versions of the English ones.
  • You get the set matching the language you are reading in when you add the starters to your library.
Changed
  • A talk in your library stays in the language it was added in. Switching your own language later does not rewrite a talk your crew may already have signed.
v2.490August 27, 2026

File sizes, counts and refused downloads, in your language

The leftovers each section wrote down and walked past.

Fixed
  • File sizes read in your language. In French they now use the octet — o, ko, Mo, Go — rather than the English B, KB, MB and GB, everywhere a size appears: Documents, an upload in progress, offline files, and a file attached to a support request.
  • Five French messages hedged a count with “(s)” rather than saying whether there was one or several. They now read properly either way.
  • Downloading a report, poster, spreadsheet or PDF while signed out showed an English message no matter what language you read the app in. Thirteen of those now say it in your language.
  • The corrective-action insight report called an effectiveness review by a different name in French than the rest of the app did. There is one name now.
  • The effectiveness settings gave a different sentence depending on whether your browser or the server caught the mistake. Both now say the same thing.
  • The offline files panel had two English lines left in it, one of which got the plural wrong.
v2.489August 27, 2026

The Knowledge Base reads in your language

The search, the topics, the assistant, the setup checklist and every drawing — with the guides themselves still in English, and a line at the top saying so.

Added
  • The Knowledge Base reads in your language — the search, the nine topics and what each covers, the article headers, the assistant, the was-this-helpful strip, and the setup checklist on your dashboard.
  • Ask the Knowledge Base a question in French and it answers in French, reading the English guides to do it.
  • Searching finds an English article by its French topic name, so browsing and searching work the same way in either language.
Changed
  • The guides themselves are still written in English. Reading the Knowledge Base in French now says so once at the top, rather than leaving you to discover it article by article.
  • The drawings inside the articles — the setup path, the roles ladder, the five TruStar stars, the investigation flow and the training matrix — now read from the app they picture, so they show the same words the screens do.
Fixed
  • The roles ladder in the guides called the second rung Administrator while the article labels beside it called it Admin. Both now use the one name the rest of the app uses.
  • The training matrix picture showed the stored value for each certificate — “Expiring”, “Missing” — rather than what the app itself calls those states.
v2.488August 27, 2026

The access-paused screen reads in your language

The screen you land on when a trial ends or an account is paused, and the form for reaching us from it.

Added
  • The screen shown when a trial has ended, a workspace has been paused, or an account has been turned off now reads in your language — the reason it gives, the line naming which account you are signed in as, and the buttons for signing out or contacting us.
  • The Contact TruStar form on that screen reads in your language too, including every message it can give you back.
Changed
  • That screen follows the language your own device asks for rather than an account preference, because it is the one screen you cannot reach your settings from — and after you sign out there is no account left to read one from.
v2.487August 27, 2026

The trial signup page reads in your language

Redeeming a trial code, setting up the workspace, and every message the page can give you.

Added
  • The trial signup page reads in your language — entering your code, the confirmation of how long the trial runs, setting up the workspace, and the note telling you to check your email.
Fixed
  • If signing up failed, the page showed the sign-in service’s own English message. It now says what went wrong in your language, the same way the sign-in and create-account screens already did.
  • A code that had already been used gave a message built around an internal word, which read as “This code has been expired”. It now names the state properly in either language.
v2.486August 27, 2026

Toolbox talks read in your language

The library, the deliver sheet with its signatures, and the reminder a facilitator gets.

Added
  • Toolbox Talks reads in your language throughout — the three tabs, the eight categories a talk is filed under, assigning a talk to your crew, the deliver sheet with its attendance and signatures, and the record you read back afterwards.
  • The reminder a facilitator gets when a talk is assigned to them is now written in the language on their own account, including the date it is due.
  • A talk saved while you were offline names itself in your language in the queue on your device.
Fixed
  • A facilitator’s role showed as its internal code with a capital letter rather than the word for it.
  • Dates across the screen — the history list, the record detail, and every note about when somebody was added — were fixed to Canadian English regardless of the language you had chosen.
  • Every message the screen can give you, from a photo that could not be read to a talk that could not be assigned, answered in English.
Changed
  • The twelve starter talks are still written in English. They are copied into your own library when you add them, then edited and signed as your record, so they are treated as your content rather than as app wording — a French starter set is a separate piece of work.
v2.485August 27, 2026

Your profile reads in your language, address included

The country list, the province picker, your training summary and the photo cropper.

Added
  • The country list on your profile now reads in your language — all sixty-two of them — and the field beside it is called what it is called where you live: a state in the United States, a province in Canada.
  • Canadian provinces and territories show their official French names, the same ones the Fleet screens already use.
  • Your training summary and the photo cropper read in your language, including the two headings and the link through to your certificates.
Fixed
  • A certificate with no expiry date on it was labelled Valid, which is a stronger claim than the record supports; it now reads Approved.
  • Every message the profile page can give you — a photo that is too large, an image type we cannot take, a save that did not go through — answered in English no matter which language you were working in.
v2.484August 27, 2026

Observations read in your language, QR form included

The list, the review window, the form your crew scans into, and every message it can give back.

Added
  • The whole observation form reads in your language — the four kinds with the line explaining each, the unsafe act or condition question, the five severity rungs, what you did about it, the photo buttons and the location note.
  • Somebody scanning a QR code with no account now gets the form, and any message it gives back, in the language their own phone is set to.
  • The observations list and the review window are translated throughout, including the QR tab, the filters, and the note recording who last reviewed an observation.
  • An observation saved while you were offline names itself in your language in the queue on your device.
Fixed
  • Dates on the observation list and in the review window followed your browser’s language setting instead of the one on your account.
  • The type filter above the list showed its four options in English whichever language you were working in.
  • Every message the form can give you — a photo that is too large, a QR link that has expired, a submission that did not go through — answered in English.
  • The new-observation screen showed its own offline message instead of the one the rest of the app uses, so the two had drifted apart.
v2.483August 27, 2026

My Tasks reads in your language

Every section of your list, and a due date that no longer turns overdue during the afternoon.

Added
  • My Tasks reads in your language throughout — the four figures at the top, both tabs, the badge on each card, and all eight sections from your corrective actions to the training you still owe.
  • The page is titled with your name the way your language writes it, rather than an English possessive with a French name stuck in front of it.
Fixed
  • A task due today started reading as a day overdue partway through the afternoon, because the app was asking what day it was in Greenwich rather than where you are. This affected My Tasks, corrective actions and effectiveness reviews.
  • Due dates on a task card were written in abbreviated English (“3d overdue”, “Due in 5d”); they now say what a corrective action says everywhere else.
  • Dates across the page — COR actions, report approvals, hazard reviews, toolbox talks and training expiry — were fixed to Canadian English regardless of the language you had chosen.
  • The counter beside My Tasks in the menu worked out what still needed action separately from the page itself, so the two could disagree.
v2.482August 27, 2026

Help & Feedback reads in your language

The feature board, your tickets, the form for raising one, and the emails that come back to you.

Added
  • Help & Feedback reads in your language — the feature-request board with its votes and sort, your own tickets, every status and priority, and the window you read a ticket and reply in.
  • The form for raising something is translated end to end: the three kinds of request with the line explaining each, every field and its example text, the priority chips and the attachment buttons.
  • The two emails a ticket sends back to you — a status change and a reply from support — are now written in the language on your own account.
Fixed
  • A feature request marked Resolved showed an internal code on your dashboard instead of the word “Resolved”.
  • Dates on the ticket list and beside each reply followed your browser’s language setting instead of the one on your account.
  • The priority on a new-ticket notification was sent as its internal code rather than the word for it.
  • Every message the support screen can give you — a request that could not be sent, a reply that could not be posted, a vote that did not register — answered in English no matter which language you were working in.
v2.481August 27, 2026

Effectiveness reviews read in your language

The list, the quick outcome sheet, the full review form, and every refusal they can give you.

Added
  • The effectiveness reviews list reads in your language — the four tiles, the team and status filters, the badge on each card, and both buttons a pending review offers you.
  • The Record outcome sheet and the full review form are both translated, including the two key checks, the three effectiveness ratings and the sentence explaining what each one means.
  • A review saved while you were offline now names itself in your language in the queue on your device.
Fixed
  • A review’s due date was written in abbreviated English (“3d overdue”, “Due in 5d”); it now says the same thing the corrective action itself says, in your language.
  • Dates on the cards and at the foot of a submitted review followed your browser’s language setting instead of the one on your account.
  • A review that could not be submitted, or whose tailored questions could not be prepared, answered in English no matter which language you were working in.
v2.480August 27, 2026

Corrective actions read in your language

The dashboard, the closeout and verification windows, and every reminder they email.

Added
  • The corrective actions dashboard reads in your language — the tiles, the filters, every status, the buttons offered on each card, and the closeout and verification windows.
  • Every corrective action email is now written in the language on the recipient’s own account: the due-soon and overdue reminders, the escalation to a manager, the assignment and verification notices, and the Monday summary.
Fixed
  • The Overdue badge on a card had no French wording at all and showed its internal name.
  • Due dates on a card were compared against your device’s clock rather than the calendar date, so an action due today could read as a day overdue during the evening in some time zones.
  • Dates and times on the cards and in the verification window followed your browser’s language setting instead of the one on your account.
v2.479August 27, 2026

Crew scheduling reads in your language

The grid, the rotation drawer, the Excel export and the notice a worker receives.

Added
  • The scheduling grid reads in your language throughout — the filters, the coverage counts, the legend, the rotation drawer and the panel for editing a single day.
  • A schedule notice is now written in the language on the worker’s own account rather than in yours. It goes to one person we know, so it follows that person.
  • The Excel export follows whoever downloads it, including the single letter in each cell and the legend that decodes it.
Fixed
  • The exported spreadsheet marked every cell with the initial of an English word, so a French sheet showed D, N and T beside a legend reading Jour, Nuit and Déplacement.
  • Column headers, the date on a schedule notice and the certificate expiry dates beside a worker’s name were all written the Canadian English way whichever language you read.
  • A rotation generated near a daylight-saving change could be recorded one day out for carriers in some time zones.
v2.478August 27, 2026

Audit readiness quotes the National Safety Code in both languages

Plus the fleet expiry reminders, the live map and two-step verification.

Added
  • The six facility-audit categories and everything the standard counts as a violation under them now read in your language, quoted from the version of NSC Standard 15 published in that language rather than rendered by us.
  • The nightly fleet expiry reminder is written in the one language your organization sets for everything the app sends, since it goes to every owner, admin and manager at once.
  • Two-step verification, the live map notes and the CVOR and telematics screens read in your language.
Fixed
  • Audit readiness listed six findings under Hours of Work where the standard sets out seven. The missing one covers a driver who alternates between the odometer and the hubdometer without explaining it on the log.
  • The driver licence category showed two separate findings where the standard makes a single test of the licence and the dangerous goods certificate together.
  • Hours of Work now shows the two kinds of violation the standard names, rather than one flat list.
v2.477August 27, 2026

The workforce importer reads in your language

Bringing your people across from a spreadsheet, end to end.

Added
  • The spreadsheet importer reads in your language throughout — dropping the file in, checking what each column was matched to, the review list, the progress while it runs, and the summary at the end.
  • The short reason beside each of your columns is written in your language, including the ones worked out by AI. Your own column headers are quoted back exactly as they appear in your file.
Fixed
  • The importer named an access level using the value stored behind it, so its role pickers offered “worker” and “investigator” instead of Worker and Supervisor.
  • When a wide schedule export was uploaded, the note explaining how many date columns had been skipped would have stopped appearing for anyone reading the app in French.
  • A problem with the file — an empty sheet, no rows under the headers, no column matched to an email address — now explains itself in your language.
v2.476August 27, 2026

Scheduled reports read in your language

The builder, the schedules, the archive, and every report the app emails out.

Added
  • The Reports section reads in your language throughout — the list of schedules, the archive of everything already sent, the four-step builder, and all ten report types with the description of what each one answers.
  • The covering email a scheduled report arrives with is now written in the same language as the report attached to it.
  • The three insight reports — corrective action effectiveness, leading versus lagging, and the 60-day expiry horizon — print in French, including every table heading and the note explaining what a section is for.
Changed
  • How often a report arrives and what it covers now read as proper sentences in French, with the weekday and the day of the month named the way your language names them.
  • Dates on a report card and in the archive follow your language rather than always being written the Canadian English way.
  • A report that could not be sent now explains itself in your language; the underlying technical error is still recorded against the run for support.
Fixed
  • The builder’s summary line lowercased the whole sentence to fit it in, so a weekly report read “arriving every monday” with a small M.
  • The expiry horizon report printed “Unknown”, “Worker” and “Sub” in English on a French document when a name could not be looked up.
v2.475August 27, 2026

The risk matrix guide reads in your language

The pop-up that explains the 5×5 matrix, opened from hazards and from investigations.

Fixed
  • The risk matrix guide was still English only. The grid, the band legend, the severity levels by consequence and the likelihood scale all read in your language now.
  • The fourth consequence column, Reputation / Legal, had no French wording at all and showed its internal name.
v2.474August 27, 2026

The hazard register reads in your language

The register, the risk ratings, the hierarchy of controls, and the Excel export.

Added
  • The hazard register reads in your language: the list and its risk chips, a hazard’s page with its controls and linked documents, the risk ratings with the description behind each level, and the Build with AI panel.
  • The Excel export is written in your language — sheet name, column headings, risk bands and file name — the same way the training matrix export is.
Fixed
  • The hierarchy of controls and the risk bands were named in English on the hazard screens even though the rest of the app already had them in both languages.
  • Review dates on the register were printed in a fixed format instead of the way your language writes a date.
  • A failed import or export showed the word “Unauthorized” in English.
v2.473August 27, 2026

Daily reports read in your language, and so does the PDF

The whole section, the printed report and the email it goes out in.

Added
  • Daily reports read in your language: the list, every section of the report, the manpower and equipment tables, recipients, and the report settings.
  • The daily report PDF is written in your language when you download it, and in the language your organization sets for outgoing mail when it is attached to the email. The file name follows the document.
  • Weather pulled from the site is written in the language of whoever fetched it, and stays that way — it is a starting point you can edit.
Fixed
  • Dates on the report list, in the report and on the PDF were printed in a fixed format instead of the way your language writes a date.
  • A crew line left without a role showed as “Unassigned” in English whatever language you were reading, and sorted as though that were its name.
  • Weather conditions used a shorter list of descriptions than the rest of the app, so the same sky could be described two different ways in two places.
v2.472August 27, 2026

A real Canadian flag behind the language switch

The correct maple leaf and the correct 1:2:1 proportions.

Fixed
  • The maple leaf behind the language switch was a hand-drawn approximation and did not look like the one on the flag. It is now traced from the flag itself.
  • The red bars are back to the flag’s real proportions — a quarter, a half, a quarter — over a switch shaped so that the white field between them is an exact square, as it is on the flag.
v2.471August 27, 2026

Sliding switches for theme and language

Two moulded sliders at the foot of the menu, the language one over a Canadian flag.

Changed
  • The light and dark switch is now a sliding toggle with the sun or moon riding on the knob.
  • The language switch slides between EN and FR over a Canadian flag, for Canadian English and Quebec French. Press anywhere on either switch to flip it.
  • Both switches are moulded rather than flat, and the knob slides with a little weight to it. They stop moving for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
v2.470August 27, 2026

A smaller pair of switches at the foot of the menu

Light and dark beside En and Fr, both back to the compact style, and the red rule is gone.

Changed
  • The light and dark switch is back to its compact form, and the language switch now sits beside it rather than under it.
  • The language switch reads En and Fr, marked with a maple leaf for Canadian English and Quebec French. A screen reader still hears the full name, in its own language.
  • The red accent rule under the menu has been removed.
v2.469August 27, 2026

Switch language and theme straight from the menu

Two switches at the foot of the menu, on the desktop sidebar and in the mobile More sheet.

Added
  • English and Français can now be switched from the foot of the menu, without opening your profile. It is the same setting, so it still follows you to every device you sign in on.
Changed
  • The light and dark switch is now a labelled control rather than two unlabelled icons, and the word “Theme” above it is gone — the sun, the moon and the two language names say what they are.
  • Both switches appear at the bottom of the More sheet on a phone, sized for a thumb.
Fixed
  • The light and dark buttons had no wording a screen reader could read in French.
v2.468August 27, 2026

New Worker Mentorship reads in your language

The whole mentorship program, with the evaluation template and the signed agreement handled the way signed records should be.

Added
  • New Worker Mentorship reads in your language: the active and completed lists, enrolling a worker, the crew-ratio warning, progress notes, the competency evaluation, extensions and the final sign-off.
  • The ten evaluation items we provide follow your language. Edit the template and the items become your organization’s own wording, stored exactly as you typed them.
Changed
  • The mentorship agreement is written in the language of whoever enrolled the worker and keeps that wording for both signatures, rather than changing language depending on who opens it.
  • A completed evaluation now keeps the wording of the items it was filled in against, so editing the template later does not change what a mentor assessed.
Fixed
  • Dates on the mentorship list, in the drawer and beside each signature were printed in a fixed format instead of the way your language writes a date.
  • A worker with no name on file showed as “Unnamed” in English whatever language you were reading.

Subcontractors reads in your language, and its emails in yours

The whole subcontractor section, the COR evidence package, and the three emails it sends.

Added
  • The Subcontractors section reads in your language: the list of companies and the compliance chips beside each one, adding a company, the documents you choose to track, and everything on a company’s page.
  • The COR audit evidence package prints in your language, including the review sign-off on each document and each worker’s required training status.
  • The portal invitation, the daily expiry reminder and the Monday compliance summary are written in the one language your organization sets for everything the app emails, under Settings.
Fixed
  • Dates on a subcontractor’s page, in the evidence package and in the reminder emails were printed in a fixed format instead of the way your language writes a date.
  • A required course that had since been deleted showed as “Course” on every screen, in either language.
  • A document with nothing submitted against it read “not submitted” in English on the evidence package whatever language you were reading.
