How the menu is organized, and which section every screen lives in.

Everything sits in one of eight sections in the left menu, above a Dashboard that stands on its own. On a phone the same sections are behind the More tab in the bottom bar, with the things you reach most often — the dashboard, your tasks and a Create button — on the bar itself.

The menu sections and what lives in each. This picture is drawn from the menu itself, so it cannot fall behind it.

What is in each section

  • Safety — Hazard Register, Investigations, Observations, Inspections & Forms, Today’s Paperwork and Toolbox Talks. Where safety work is captured.
  • Actions — My Tasks, Corrective Actions and Effectiveness Reviews. Where the fixes that come out of that work are tracked.
  • Operations — Daily Reports, Crew Scheduling, Equipment & Assets and Maintenance. The running of the job rather than the safety of it.
  • Fleet — everything for commercial vehicles, from driver files to hours of service to fuel tax. It only appears if your organization has said it operates commercial vehicles.
  • Compliance — Documents, Training, New Worker Mentorship, Permits, COR / SECOR and Subcontractors. The records somebody may ask you to produce.
  • Analytics — Safety Analytics and Reports.
  • Support — this knowledge base, Support & Requests, and Release Notes.
  • Settings — My Profile, Users, Organization and Billing.

This knowledge base is arranged the same way, so if you know which menu section a screen is in, you know which topic its help is under.

What you actually see

The menu is not the same for everyone. A section or a row you never see is not hidden from you as such — it is a screen your role has no use for. Workers see their own tasks, forms and driver file rather than the fleet-wide lists; Billing is the owner’s alone; Fleet is absent entirely unless your organization runs commercial vehicles.

The Dashboard

The Dashboard pulls the most urgent items into one Needs Your Attention grid, so it is a good home base between tasks.

Signing out

Sign out is the round button at the foot of the left menu, at the end of the row with the light and dark and language switches. On a phone it is in the same row at the bottom of the More sheet. Signing out also clears the screens saved on that device for offline use, so the next person to sign in there cannot open yours.

If your role manages safety, it also opens with a Safety Program overview: key figures for inspections, observations, incidents, open corrective actions and training compliance, plus an incident trend, an incident breakdown, a training compliance gauge and your top hazards by risk. Each card links straight to the area it summarizes.

Tip. The help button in the top bar opens the article for the screen you are on, rather than dropping you at the front of the knowledge base.
