Cleaner PDF header

Fixed

The PDF export now uses your organization logo set in Settings, and falls back to a clean black TruStar Connect wordmark when none is set, instead of showing the logo on a dark block.
Gave the form title and type more room at the top of the PDF so they no longer overlap.

Download a form as PDF

Added

A Download PDF button on every completed submission produces a clean, branded copy you can save or print, including answers, photos, signature, location, and compliance score.

Fixed

Form names on the Inspections & Forms list now use the full width on phones instead of being squeezed beside the action buttons.
On a submission, the status badge no longer crowds a long title on mobile; it now sits above the title.

Mobile header fixes

Fixed

On phones, New Inspection is now a full-width button with Submissions and New form sharing a tidy 50/50 row beneath it.
The New form menu no longer opens off the side of the screen on mobile; it now stays fully within view.

Changed

Streamlined the Inspections & Forms header to three controls: New Inspection, Submissions, and a New form menu that now also holds New folder, so the buttons sit on one clean row instead of wrapping awkwardly.

Start an inspection

Added

New Inspection now opens a picker so you can choose which saved form to fill in, then reveals it for completion. Submitting files it under the project and form type as before.
A New Inspection button on the Inspections & Forms page, available to everyone, not just managers.

Fixed

The Inspections & Forms header no longer crowds the title and buttons together on narrow phone screens; the buttons now wrap cleanly.

Inspections & Forms

Changed

The Forms section is now called Inspections & Forms, since forms already cover Pass / Fail inspections with scoring, photos, and sign-off.
The mobile Create menu now offers New Inspection in place of the old placeholder and New Form.

Removed

The separate, unbuilt Inspections placeholder, now folded into Inspections & Forms.

Fill in and submit forms

Crews can now complete forms on site.

Added

Anyone on the team can open a form and fill it in from the Forms list. Selecting a project is required, and it is pre-filled when the form is tagged to one.
Capture photos and signatures, and the submission records GPS location, date, and time automatically, like safety observations.
Required fields are checked before submitting, and Pass / Fail items produce a compliance score and a failed-item count.
A Submissions area files every completed form under its project and form type, with a full read-only view of the answers, photos, signature, location, and score.

Builder layout fix

Fixed

The "Tag to a project" dropdown in the form builder now sits below its label and spans the full width, so it no longer looks cramped on desktop or mobile.

Project-aware forms

Added

Tag a form to a specific project, so it is pre-selected and its worker pickers are scoped to that crew. Leave it untagged for general-purpose forms.
A Project / Site field that pulls your real clients, sites, or projects from organization settings.
A Workers field that lets people pick crew members, with an option to show only those assigned to the selected project.

Form builder preview and polish

Added

A live Preview button in the form builder shows exactly how a form will look and behave, including conditional fields, repeatable sections, and collapsible sections.
A "How sections work" explainer in the builder describing what repeatable and collapsible sections do.

Clearer labels and descriptions on the repeatable and collapsible section options.

Fixed

The Forms page header no longer crowds the buttons against the title on mobile.
The generate and scan form screens now match the width and layout of the rest of the app on desktop.

Generate a form with AI

Describe what you need and get a ready-to-edit form.

Added

Generate a form from a plain-language description: Claude designs it with recommended fields based on Canadian OHS best practice.
Start from an example like a Daily Site Inspection, FLHA, Equipment Pre-Use, or Toolbox Talk, then review and edit the draft in the builder before saving.

Scan a form

Turn a paper form into a digital one with a photo.

Added

Scan a paper form by photo or by uploading an image or PDF, and Claude rebuilds it as a digital form, choosing the right field types and keeping your sections.
Review and approve the scanned form in the builder before saving, with a suggested folder you can keep or change.

Forms

Build your inspections and checklists as digital forms.

Added

A new Forms section to build inspection and checklist forms, organized into folders by type.
A form builder with sections and all the common field types: text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, multi-select, Pass / Fail / N/A inspection items, ratings, photos, signatures, and GPS.
Per-field options like required, help text, and show-this-field-only-when conditional logic, plus form-level settings for supervisor approval and signature sign-off.

Dashboard refresh

A clearer, more compact home dashboard.

Changed

The "Needs your attention" tiles now show an icon, the number, and a short description of exactly what each figure refers to.
The organization overview is merged into a single attention grid, and the layout never leaves a lone tile stranded on its own row.

Added

Support tickets and the most-requested features now appear on the dashboard, including a "new this week" marker on trending ideas.

Sort the feature request board by "This Month" to see what is gaining momentum right now.
A badge on the Support menu flags new tickets and requests since you last looked.

Added

Report a bug, request a feature, or ask a question directly inside the app.
Attach a screenshot or take a photo when reporting a problem, and paste in the exact error you saw.
Follow your request with threaded replies and email updates as its status changes.

Smarter document library

Added

Search your entire document library across every folder, with a category filter.
Require read acknowledgements on a document and see exactly who has and has not read it.
Version history: upload a newer version of a document while keeping the previous ones on file.

Bulk upload documents; uploads keep running in the background with a progress indicator while you carry on working.
Move documents between folders, and replace a document with a newer version.
